You Were Created To Be You Paper Players Challenge PP547

It's Sunday and time for a new challenge at The Paper Players!

The lovely Laurie is our hostess this week and she has a fabulous sketch challenge for all of us!  The possibilities are endless on this one!  Have fun! 

My card is created on a white card base.  I cut a purple rectangle using the MFT  Wonky Stitched Rectangle Dies.  The unicorn girl is from the MFT Unicorns and Glitter Stamp Set.  I colored her with Copic Markers and cut her out using the matching dies.  Wink of Stella was added for lots of shine.  The stars and the sentiment are from the same stamp set.  I added rhinestones to the middle of the stars for added shine.

Have a Sweet Day Sunday Stamps Challenge SSC260

It's time for a new challenge at Sunday Stamps!

We have a fun sketch challenge for all of you!!!!

My card is created on a white card base.  I covered the front panel with birthday balloon patterned paper and added a pastel striped border.  I cut a light pink rectangle using the MFT Wonky Stitched Rectange Die and stamped the sentiment in black.  I added three balloons colored with Copic Markers using the colors in the stripes.  Enamel dots were added for fun to complete this special birthday card.

Hey Sunshine Tic Tac Toe Challenge #tttc119

It's time for a new challenge at the Tic Tac Toe Challenge!

We hope you will play along with our new board! 

My card is created using the Top Row:  Beach, Stencil, Yellow

My card is created on a white card base.  Using watercolor paper I used a stencil from Tim Holtz to create the sunshine with Distress inks.  I added an orange panel to the back of the stenciled panel.  The little girl is from MFT Sunny Days Ahead stamp set.  I colored her with Copic Markers and used the matching die to cut her out.  The sentiment is from a retired MFT stamp set.  I added Wink of Stella to the girl for shine!

My Life Is Sweeter With You In It Paper Players Challenge PP546

It's Sunday and time for a new challenge at The Paper Players!

The amazing Joanne is our hostess this week and she has a CLEAN and SIMPLE Challenge for all of us!  Fruit and Berries are the theme for the week.   A perfect challenge for summer!  

There is nothing better than a cold slice of watermelon on a hot summer day!  I used a plaid, polka dot and ant paper I found in my stash to create my background.  Have you ever been outside eating that ants didn't appear from out of nowhere?  LOL!  This little cutie is from MFT Pure Innocence.  The stamp set is called Summer Sweetness.  It is no longer available on their site.  I colored her with Copic Markers and paper pieced her shirt and shorts to match the background.  I added Glossy Accents to the watermelon.  I heat embossed the black sentiment on a black banner.  The sentiment is from the same stamp set.

You Are So Loved Sunday Stamps Challenge SSC259

My card is created on a white card base.  I used Pear Pizazz card stock and embossed it with texture.  Then I cut the top white layer with a die.  The flower was stamped using black and Calypso Coral inks.  This set is from Concord & 9th and is called "You are Enough".   I colored the stem green with Copic Markers.  The sentiment is part of the set.  I added black enamel dots to complete my card.

Thank You For Thinking Of Me Paper Players Challenge PP545

It's Sunday and time for a new challenge at The Paper Players!

I am the hostess this week and I have a very bright and vibrant color palette for all of you!  You know I love bright colors, so I can't wait to see what you create!  Have FUN!!!!

My card is created on a white card base.  I used a piece of water color paper and used the three colors to create the background.  The Bermuda Bay, Granny Apple Green and Melon Mambo were added to a silicone mat and I added water to create the smooshed background.  I added the colors a few times to get it this bright.  After it dried, I trimmed it with a frame die.  Then I stamped the dandelions in black using the Dandelion Messages Stamp Set from Simon Says Stamp.  The sentiment is from the same set and I stamped it on Bermuda Bay.  I added a lot of sparkling clear sequins to complete my card.

HELLO Friend! Tic Tac Toe Challenge #tttc117

It's time for a new challenge at the Tic Tac Toe Challenge!

We hope you will play along with our new board! 

My card is created using the last column and middle row.  Flowers, Sun/Sunshine/ Yellow and Hello Friend and Sun/Sunshine

I covered a white card base with yellow polka patterned paper.  I added an orange sunshine cut with a die.  The sentiment is stamped in black using the SSS stamp set "Flip Flop Season".  I made flowers using the MFT Stitched Blooms dies to create all the different flower layers and leaves.  Enamel dots are added to the centers.

Time To Relax Paper Players Challenge PP544

It's Sunday and time for a new challenge at The Paper Players!

The amazing Ann is our hostess this week and she has a very timely theme challenge for all of us!  Signs of Summer are all around us now.  We can't wait to see what you create!

Nothing screams summer like bathing suits and flip flops.  I used a variety of patterned papers to create my card.  I cut the bathing suit paper with a scalloped die.  I cut the center starbursts with an old SU die.  The flip flops are from an old SSS stamp set.  It is no longer available.  I colored the flip flops with Copic Markers and fussy cut them.  I stamped the sentiment in black and added a few pink enamel dots.
