Bee-Utiful The Paper Players Challenge PP593 and Sunday Stamps Challenge SSC284

It's Sunday and time for new challenges at The Paper Players and Sunday Stamps.  

The amazing Jaydee is our hostess this week at The Paper Players.  She has a fun Tic Tac Toe challenge for all of us.  There are so many things you can do with this board!  

Sunday Stamps  has an amazing sketch challenge for you to use.  Have fun and get creative! 

I used the middle column:  Embossing, Floral, Pearls to create my card from the SS sketch. 

My card is created on a white card base.  I used this gorgeous floral patterned paper to create the top layer.  I used navy and white checks to create the vertical rectangle.  I used white and embossed it with polka dots to create the two top elements.  I know it is hard to see them, but they are cut using the sketch.  I added yellow and white circle cut with dies and stamped the little bee using a retired SU set.  The sentiment is stamped using the SSS Bee Yourself stamp set.  I added pearls to complete my card.

Thanks For Being So Cool Tic Tac Toe Challenge #tttc163

It's time for a new challenge at the Tic Tac Toe Challenge!  We hope you will play along with our new board!

My card is created using the first column: Sun, Birds and Thank You.

My card is created on a white card base.  I added Oxide Distress inks with a sponge on a watercolor paper.  I splashed it with water to create the splatters.  I also made a sun using the same method and a die.  The crab, umbrella and bird are from a retired MFT stamp set called Just Beclaws.  I added googly eyes and paper pieced the umbrella.

Just Beclaws The Paper Players Challenge PP592

It's Sunday and time for a new challenge at The Paper Players.

The fabulous LeAnne is our hostess this week and she has a fabulous sketch challenge for all of us!  I love this sketch and I can't wait to see what you create!  So many possibilities with this sketch.

My card is created on a white card base.  I distressed a piece of watercolored paper with oxide distress inks.  I added water drops to the ink to create the droplets.  I cut a sun using a die out of a piece of distressed ink paper, too!  The crabs and bird are made using the MFT Just BeClaws stamp and die set.  I think this set is retired.  I could not find a link to purchase it.  I colored the crabs with Copic Markers, added Wink of Stella and googly eyes.  The sentiment is stamped in black using the same set.

There's No Place Like Home The Paper Players Challenge PP591 Sunday Stamps Challenge SSC283

It's Sunday and time for new challenges at The Paper Players and Sunday Stamps.  

The amazing Laurie is our hostess this week at The Paper Players.  She has a very fun CAS challenge for all of us.   The theme is "HOUSE."  

Sunday Stamps  has an amazing color challenge for you to use.  I love these colors!  Have fun and get creative! 

Use a minimum of 3 colors and a neutral of your choice.

My card is created on a white card base.  I added a panel of Real Red card stock.  The top layer is cut in white using the Nordic Frame Dies by The Greetery.  I cut the word "HOME" five times in blue using the SugarPea Designs Home Sweet Home die.  I think it is retired now.  I cut the house again in Real Red and added it on top of the fifth layer.  The sentiment is stamped on black and heat embossed with white powder using the Sweet Sentiments-Home stamp set by SugarPea Designs.  I added red hearts cut using a SU punch to complete the card.

Flowers Tic Tac Toe Challenge #tttc161

It's time for a new challenge at the Tic Tac Toe Challenge!  We hope you will play along with our new board!

My card is created using the Diagonal:  Floral, Blue, Embossing.

 

My card is created on a white card base.  I used a frame die and cut the layers with Night of Navy and Fresh Fressia -SU colors.  I added three blooms cut with Spellbinders dies that I stamped in Night of Navy on Fresh Fressia card stock.  I added a white twine bow and pearls to complete my card.

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY to all!

It's Sunday and time for a new challenge at The Paper Players!

The fabulous Joanne is our hostess this week and she has a gorgeous color challenge for all of us!  I love this combo and I can't wait to see what you create!

My card is created on a white card base.  I trimmed a piece of Night of Navy card stock with the SSS THANKS SCALLOP BORDER Wafer Die.  I cut it again in Granny Apple Green and pieced the THANKS into the Navy cut.  The flowers were created using flower dies from Cherry Lynn Designs in Night of Navy and Fresh Freesia.  I cut leaves using Granny Apple Green and used a colored pencil to create the veins in the leaves.  I added pearls to the centers of the flowers.

JUST Bee-Cause Paper Players Challenge PP589 Sunday Stamps Challenge SSC282

It's Sunday and time for new challenges at The Paper Players and Sunday Stamps.  

The amazing Jaydee is our hostess this week at The Paper Players.  She has a very fun theme challenge for all us.  Birds and /or Bees!  Soooo many fabulous ideas for this one. 

Sunday Stamps  has an amazing sketch for you to use.  This is such a fun sketch and the possibilities are endless. Have fun!  

My card is created using a white card base.  I added a black panel on top of the card.  I cut a white panel with a stitched die and sponged the sides with black ink.  I used the Simon Says Stamp BEE Yourself stamp set to create the honeycomb, bees and the sentiment.  I colored the honey comb and bees with Copic Markers.  I added Wink of Stella for shine and Glossy Accents to the bee's wings and the glasses.  I cut the 3 banners with scraps of black and white gingham and polka dots to complete the card.
