It's Sunday and time for new challenges at The Paper Players and Sunday Stamps.  

The Amazing Jaydee is our hostess at The Paper Players this week.  She has a fun Tic Tac Toe board for all of us!   There are so many possibilities with this board!

Sunday Stamps has a fabulous Fall Color Challenge this week! Have fun and we can't wait to see what you create! 

My card is created on a white card base.  I cut a piece of Soft Suede (SU)  card stock with a Penny Black die--Antique Frame -and used the frame for the background.  I used the inner piece to create the main panel.  I used dimensional tape to adhere it to the card.  The leaf is created using Distress Oxide Inks and a stencil from Lavinia Stencil-Leaf.  I added a sentiment from Honey Bee Stamps-Fall For You that I embossed with gold embossing powder.  I cut it out with the matching die.  I added a few enamel dots to complete my card.

You Say Witch Like It's A Bad Thing Paper Players Challenge PP614

It's Sunday and time for a new challenge at The Paper Players. 

The Amazing Ann is our hostess and she has a fun sketch  challenge for all of us!  We can't wait to see what you create.  I love this sketch and oh the possibilities!!!!

 My card is created on a white card base.  I added a fun piece of patterned paper from my stash for the background.  The horizontal strip is from a piece of Halloween paper.  It has shine to it, so I thought it was fun!  The witches hats are from Simon Says Stamps If The Hat Fits stamp set.  I colored them with Copic Markers and cut them out using the matching dies.  The sentiment is stamped on a piece of orange card stock and I cut it out using a scalloped die.  The sentiment is from the same stamp set.   A few black enamel dots were added to complete my card.

Happy Birthday The Paper Players Challenge PP613

It's Sunday and time for a new challenge at The Paper Players. 

The amazing LeAnne is our hostess this week and she has a fantastic CAS Challenge for all of us!  "Anything With Wheels" is the theme.  We can't wait to see what you create!  Just remember to keep is Clean and Simple!

My card is created on a white card base.  I added a strip of Lawn Fawn Fall plaid paper.  This paper is not available now, but I still have it in my stash.  I stamped the truck full of pumpkins using the Little Pickup stamp set by Honey Bee Stamps.  I colored the truck and pumpkins with Copic Markers.  I added Glossy Accents to the windows for shine.  I cut the sentiment "Happy" five times using a die and stacked them up for lots of dimention!

Welcome Baby! Sunday Stamps Challenge SSC 294

It's time for a new challenge at Sunday Stamps!  

We have a fabulous sketch challenge for all of you!

The amazing Stef created this sketch!  It is so versatile, too!  You can use it for any type of card.  I love that!

My card is created on a white card base.  I added large blue polka dots on the base.  The two coordinating papers were used to cut the rectangle at the top and the striped banner.  The little onsie and diaper pens are cut from SugarPea Designs "Welcome Baby" dies and stamps.  These are no longer available, but I will always keep these in my stash.  Just perfect to welcome a new baby!  I added the word "BABY" on Night of Navy card stock.  I cut it out with a die five times for lots of dimension.  It is also a retired die from SugarPea Designs.   I added a white twine bow to complete my card

There's Magic in the Air The Paper Players PP612

It's Sunday and time for a new challenge at The Paper Players. 

The amazing Laurie is our hostess and she has a fun color challenge for all of us!  We can't wait to see what you create. 

My card is created on a white card base.  I added a layer of black and then the white panel.  The white layer is watercolor paper so it adds texture.  I used a Halloween stencil to create the background I used grey ink and a sponge.  The stencil is from a company that is no longer in business--Craftin Desert Divas---.   The little witch, stars, cats and bats are from a stamp set from SugarPea Designs, called Bewitched .  I stamped the images and colored them with Copic Markers.   The sentiment is from the same set.

I Just Hugged You in My Thoughts! The Paper Players Challenge PP611

It's Sunday and time for a new challenge at The Paper Players. 

The amazing Joanne is our hostess this week and she has a fantastic Theme Challenge for all of us!  "Changing Seasons" is so appropriate with the seasons changing and the days getting shorter.  We can't wait to see what you create!  

My card is created on a white card base.  I added a piece of Early Expresso card stock to the base.  I used the plaid paper from Lawn Fawn for the next two layers.  I have had this paper for a while, so not sure if it is still available.  I used the MFT Inside & Out Stitched Arch Stax Dies to cut these panels.  Then I cut a third layer with Very Vanilla card stock.  The little girl is a PI Girl from My Favorite Things.  The Jumping With Joy set is just perfect for changing season,  I colored her with Copic Markers and paper pieced her pants and scarf.  The leaves are cut with the plaid papers I used in the background.  I cut the girl and leaves with the matching dies.  I stamped the sentiment in dark brown.  It is from the same stamp set.

With Deepest Sympathy! Sunday Stamps Challenge SSC293

It's time for a new challenge at Sunday Stamps!  

Fall has arrived and we have a very timely "Color Challenge" for all of you!  We can't wait to see what you create! 

                Please use a minimum of three colors  

My card is created on a white card base.  I added a top layer of white using the Nordic Frame Die.  I used the Picket Fences Shadow of Leaves stencil and shaded the leaves with orange, brown and cream.  I kept blending the inks until I was satisfied with the colors.  I cut the Sympathy Die from SugarPea Designs five times to stack them up for lots of dimension. The sentiment "with deepest" is stamped in dark brown on Very Vanilla card card stock and I sponged around it with dark brown ink.
