Hello You!--FMS 166 and CCMC 309

June 30, 2014

 I can not believe it is the last day of June!  How did that happen?  This year is passing by so quickly! It is almost impossible to think it is half over!   I cherish each day and am thankful for all my many blessings!

 I love bling and the Friday Mashup Challenge called for a project with "Hello" and sequins!  I knew I could do that.  The sketch from Create With Connie and Mary Challenge was perfect for what I had in mind.  I just received the "All Abloom" paper stack and loved this vintage looking floral.  It caught my eye immediately and you know how I LOVE bright colors!  I hope you enjoy my card!

For You--PP202

June 29, 2014

 Today is the last day of my card making weekend with Angel.  All good things come to an end. :(   We have had a wonderful time!  Crafting with her makes me a better card maker.  She inspires me and challenges me to step out of my comfort zone.  I am very thankful that she got me into card making and introduced me to Stampin' Up! two years ago.  I LOVE HER!

Today's card is for The Paper Players Challenge.  I absolutely LOVE the Tic-Tac-Toe Challenge boards.  I always have so many way that I want to play.  I chose the bottom row.  Any shade of pink, Pearls or Rhinestones and Embossing.  I tried a new technique today.  I just received the "Lovely Lace" embossing folder, so I decided to use sponge daubers and ink the embossing folder and run it through the Big Shot Machine!  I LOVE the way it turned out!  I hope you enjoy my card!

I think between Angel and I we created 62 cards this weekend!  Our swaps are completed for the Stampin' Up! Convention in Salt Lake City.  We are both so excited to see old friends and meet new ones that we have met through card challenges and blogging!

You're Tops In My Book PPA209

 I have had a fabulous day with my dear friend, Angel.  We have been working on our cards for the Stampin' Up! Convention in July!  We have made 57 cards in the last 24 hours.  It is always so much more fun to create with a friend! 

 I wanted to take a break from my swap cards and design a card for Pals Paper Arts.  It was a very fun sketch and one you can use for any occasion.  I wanted to make a birthday card for a very dear friend.  He is an avid reader and I knew this was the perfect card for him.  I hope you will enjoy my card!
