Today I am playing along with the fabulous Darnell's NBUS Challenge! She is such an amazing and creative card maker. Check out her blog at: dkardkreations! I am also playing along with the amazing team at The Heart Desires Challenge. I absolutely love the inspiration board!
I used a stamp and die set that I received today in the mail for my NBUS part of the challenge. I used the colors and the pumpkins in the inspiration photo.
This card is for my brother's birthday. We grew up on a farm, so I hope it makes him laugh!

I am thrilled to be the Guest Designer today at The Heart Desires Challenge!
A huge thank you to the team for asking me to be a part of their fun challenge!
I was inspired by the maps and the colors in the photo.
My card was created on a white card base. I found this map paper in my stash and it was the shades of the color palette. I used the SugarPea Designs Zig Zag Stitched Rectangle die to cut the map paper. The circles were cut using the SugarPea Designs Zig Zag Stitched Circle Dies. I wanted to use this fun Stay Strong stamp set and die from SugarPea Designs. I searched through all my sentiments and found this one. "Age Is Merely The Number of Years The World Has Been Enjoying You!" I thought it was perfect to go along with my map theme. I colored my strong man with Copic Markers and added a few enamel dots for fun.
So happy you stopped by my blog today! Make sure you visit The Heart Desires Challenge blog for lots of inspiration and play along with the challenge!

I am back with my second card as the February Guest Designer at The Heart Desires Challenge!
I want to thank all the Design team members at the challenge for inviting me to play along with them! They are such a talented group of designers that inspire me every week!
I used the color combo and the bunny as my inspiration! I had so much fun making this card. I hope it will make you smile!
There is still time to play along!! Please join in the fun!
My card is created on a white card base. The next layers is yellow. I distressed the watercolor paper with Salty Ocean ink. Then, I added embossing paste on top of the distressed ink using the Raindrops stencil from Simon Says Stamp. I distressed some paper with green inks and cut them using the Lawn Fawn's Grassy Hillsides Borders. The little girl, the umbrella and the bunny are from the Abby's Spring Showers from Simon Says Stamp. I colored them with Copic Markers and cut them out with the matching dies. I added glossy accents to her boots and Wink of Stella to her coat, hat and umbrella! She is ready to dance in the rain!
Thank you so much for stopping by my blog! Please leave a comment if you have time! I love to hear from you!

I am SOOOO excited to be the Guest Designer for February at The Heart Desires Challenge!
This month they have an amazing inspiration photo for all of you to play along with!
I was inspired by the colors and the little elephant in the photo.
My card is created on a white card base. I used the MFT Blueprints #20 to cut the blue and yellow backgrounds. I created the red polka dots with embossing paste, Real Red Ink and a stencil. I love the texture it adds to my card. The circles were cut using the SugarPea Designs Zig Zag Stitched circle dies. I stamped the little elephant from SugarPea Designs Tons of Fun and colored him with Copic Markers. The circles were sponged with yellow ink and the butterflies and hearts were added from the same stamp set. I colored those with Copics, too. I added a bow with white Baker's twine and a button. Wink of Stella was added to the little elephant for shine.
Make sure you visit all of the Design Teams cards at The Heart Desires Challenge!
So much inspiration and then play along, too!

It was supposed to snow in Atlanta and I was so excited. I was awake half the night waiting---Let's just say, we got a little powder--so, I thought I would play along with The Heart Desires Challenge. It was perfect for my frame of mind.
My card is created on a white card base. I found a shimmery sheet of blue paper in my stash and trimmed it with a scalloped die. My snow flake is created using the Reverse Confetti Layered Snowflake die. I used Night of Navy, white and gray card stock for the layers. Lots of rhinestones were added for bling. I also added a snowflake embellishment in the center of the snowflake. My sentiment is created on a white stitched banner. The "snow" dies is from Reverse Confetti. I cut it once with the shimmery background paper and once with silver glitter paper.
Thanks for stopping by today! Please leave a comment and let me know your thoughts.
Hope you are staying warm!

I will not be crafting for a week because I am leaving for Indiana to go meet my new GRANDson, Oliver. He is one week old and I am just so excited to get there.
I am playing along with The Heart Desires challenge! I loved the wonderful inspiration photo and the sketch. Stop by their blog and check out all the wonderful Design Team inspiration.
My card is created on a white card base. I used a variety of papers to create this card. I wanted to make this card for my Sweetie because he brings me coffee in bed every morning! The stamp set is from Reverse Confetti--Just Brew It. I used the matching die to cut out the mugs. Twine and enamel dots were added and a little Wink of Stella to make the coffee shine.
Thanks for stopping by! Leave a comment if you have time. I love to hear from you!
