It's time for a new challenge at the Tic Tac Toe Challenge!

We hope you will play along with our new board! 

My card is created using the last column and middle row.  Flowers, Sun/Sunshine/ Yellow and Hello Friend and Sun/Sunshine

I covered a white card base with yellow polka patterned paper.  I added an orange sunshine cut with a die.  The sentiment is stamped in black using the SSS stamp set "Flip Flop Season".  I made flowers using the MFT Stitched Blooms dies to create all the different flower layers and leaves.  Enamel dots are added to the centers.
