One Flag, One Land, One Heart The Paper Players PP745

 July 6, 2025

It's Sunday and time for a new challenge at The Paper Players.

The super talented Stef is our hostess this week and she has a fun Theme Challenge for all of us.  "Round We Go" is the theme---feature circles on your cards this week.  Get creative and have fun!

I found this fabulous circle paper in my stash.  I thought it would be the perfect background for my patriotic card.  My card is created using new items from The Greetery.  The Stars and Stripes Bow Die was used to create the bow.  The sentiment is created using the Land of Liberty Stamp Set.  I stamped it with Versa Mark and heat embossed the sentiment with white on red card stock.  The matching Land and Liberty Die Set was used to cut the sentiment out.  I just LOVE the way this turned out!

I made several of these cards.  Here is another example using circles in the background.

Thanks The Paper Players Challenge PP744

June 29, 2025

It's Sunday and time for a new challenge at The Paper Players.

The amazing Jaydee is our hostess and she has a fabulous Tic Tac Toe Board for all of us.  So get creative and decided how you want to play the board.

I choose the middle row:  flowers, die cuts and embossing for my card.

I embossed the light blue background with an embossing folder.  I added a ric rac border in Poppy Parade.  The flowers were stamped using a wonky flower die set from WPlus 9 called Doodle Buds.  I colored them with copic markers.  The stem was stamped in black ink.  A die cut thanks was added.  I popped the flowers up with foam tape.

ENJOY The Paper Players Challenge PP742

 June 15, 2025

It's Sunday and time for a new challenge at The Paper Players.

I am the hostess this week and I have a fun Clean and Simple Challenge for all of you!  "Feeling Fresh and Fruity" is the theme of the week.  Summer is the most fabulous time of the year to find fresh fruits in the market.  There are so many colorful and delicious choices and we can't wait to see what you create.  Just remember to keep  your card CAS.

 Minimal layers and embellishments
Plenty of open space
 Simple and uncluttered

I am a huge fruit lover and I really can't pick a favorite, but I will admit I do love tasty watermelon. Do you have a favorite fruit?   I started with a panel of watermelon rind DSP and a strip of seed DSP from Stampin Up's Fruit Salad paper pack.  The little girl is from My Favorite Things Pure Innocence collection -Sweet Summer.   I colored her with Copic Markers and paper pieced  a pair of polka dot shorts.  The row watermelon slices is from The Stamps of Life Watermelon2 stamp set.  I colored the pieces of watermelon and fussy cut the border.  The sentiment is from the same set.
