Enjoy the Ride The Paper Players Challenge PP789

June 7, 2026

It's Sunday and time for a new challenge at The Paper Players.

The Sensational Stef is our hostess this week and she has a very timely challenge for all of us.  Since Father's Day is just around the corner, it is the perfect time to make a "Masculine" card.  So have fun and get create and show us some manly projects.

My Bill loves old classic cars, so this one is for him.  I added a blue panel for my background. I stamped the Unity background stamp Vroom in black ink for the next layer.  I also stamped a second background and fussy cut 3 of the cars and colored them with colored pencils.  I added dimensionals on the back to pop the cars up. I also added Glossy Accents to the windows and wind shields to look like glass.  The sentiment is from an old retired SugarPea designs stamp set.  I love the way it turned out.

Amazing The Paper Players Challenge 788 and Sunday Stamps Challenge SSC

May 31, 2026

It's Sunday and time for new challenges at The Paper Players and Sunday Stamps.

The fabulous Joanne is our hostess this week at The Paper Players and she has a very creative Tic-Tac-Toe board for all of us to play with.  I always love all the choices to create something special.  It's color challenge week at Sunday Stamps and I combined these two challenge to create my card.  I must admit, I think this color combo is fabulous!  I adore bright colors!  Have fun!

My card is created using the center column:  Flower, Free, Patterned Paper

Looking through my paper stash, I found this fabulous piece of green and white checks.  I embossed the panel with a basket weave embossing folder.  I used my favorite Spellbinders  Fresh Picked Anemones Etched Dies for the flowers.  I cut all the pieces to create this bouquet of flowers.  I used a die to cut my sentiment.  I love how this turned out.

Wherever You Go The Paper Players Challenge PP787

 May 24, 2026

It's Sunday and time for a new challenge at The Paper Players.

The lovely LeAnne is our hostess this week.  She has a fabulous sketch challenge for all of us.  I love sketches because you can make any type of card you need in your stash.  So have fun and get creative!

I created this card for Victoria to celebrate the end of 7th grade.  She loves purple and roller skating so, I thought this would be a fun card for her.  I used the American Crafts Jen Hadfield Groovy Darlin paper pack.  The disco ball was cut using the Spellbinders Disco Balls Etched Dies using white glimmer paper.  The sentiment on the front and inside were created using an retired Papertrey Ink set called Shakers and Sprinkles.  I added the disco stars cut from the glimmer paper.
