It's Sunday and time for a new challenge at The Paper Players.

The fabulous Jaydee is our hostess this week and she has a fun and creative sketch for all of us.  You can make any type of card with this one.  I do believe I will use this one over and over.  Have fun! 


I decided to use the sketch to add to my Halloween stash.  I found these papers and used them to create my panels.   These stickers are from Paper Rose-Pink Halloween Die Cuts.  This is probably one of the easiest cards I have ever created.  Easy-peasy.  Don't you love it when the paper does all the work!

Have a Beary Sweet Day! The Paper Players Challenge PP804 Sunday Stamps Challenge SSC395

It's Sunday and time for new challenges at The Paper Players and Sunday Stamps. 

The fabulous Christy is our hostess at The Paper Players this week.  She has a fun CAS challenge and the theme is "Bears." You can use any type of bear you want, just remember to keep it Clean and Simple! 

Heather designed this amazing sketch for us at Sunday Stamps.  This sketch can be used for any type of card.  So have fun and get creative! 


  
 


My card is Clean and Simple for The Paper Players.  So, I decided to use all white for my card.  I added a panel of white on the white card base.  I embossed it with an embossing folder with alphabet letters and numbers.  I did add a strip of blue polka dots to make the little bear pop off all the white.  The bear is stamped and colored with Copic Markers.  The stamp and dies are called Bear2stamp and it is  from Stamps for Life.  The sentiment is from the same stamp set.  I added a few enamel dots and a little red heart on the bear for fun.  Wink of Stella was added for shine.

Autumn Greetings The Paper Players Challenge PP803

It's Sunday and time for a new challenge at The Paper Players.

The lovely LeAnne is our hostess this week and she has a bright, fun color challenge for all of us!  When I looked at these colors I thought -- Fall, but you can do lots of other types of cards with these color.  So, get creative and play along with us! 



I was looking through my stash and found this set by Papertrey Inks.  It is called Kind of Corny.   I grew up on a farm in Indiana and we always had a big garden. My Mom and Dad grew Indian Corn.  I always thought it was so special.  So, when this memory ran through my mind, I decided to use this set.  My background is Crumb Cake card stock.  This plaid layer is from my stash and I cut it with a die from Stampin Up.  The panel is cut using a die from the same set.  It included the border stamp.  I stamped it in Early Expresso.  The corn is a series of layered stamps and I used Real Red, Pumpkin Pie and Crushed Curry to create the Indian Corn. The  bow is stamped in two shades of red. The sentiment is from the same set, too. Two orange enamel dots were added for fun.
