In A World Where You Can Be Anything The Paper Players Challenge PP781

April 12, 2026

It's Sunday and time for new challenges at The Paper Players and Sunday Stamps.

The amazing Jan is our hostess this week and she has a fun Color Challenge for all of us!  We can't wait to see what you create with this color combo.

My card is created using papers from the Carta Bella Honey Bee paper pack.  I added a Smoky Slate panel for the background and then cut different layers and backed them with Daffodil Delight to make them pop.  The sentiment is from the same pad of paper.  I love when the paper does all the work.

You Make Every Day Brighter The Paper Players Challenge PP780 Sunday Stamps Challenge SSC 383

 April 5, 2026

HAPPY EASTER!!!

"Christ is Risen, He is Risen Indeed!"

It's Sunday and time for new challenges at The Paper Players and Sunday Stamps.

The lovely LeAnne is our hostess this week at The Paper Players and she has a very fun theme challenge for all of us.  "Spring Showers" are always special and help bring on the flowers.  Sunday Stamps has a great sketch challenge by Deb.  I decided to combine the challenges.  I hope you can play along with us.

My card is created on a white card base.  I added another white panel that was cut with a die.  I used a stencil to create the raindrops and then sponged around the panel with the same color blue ink.  The little boy is from an old MFT stamp set, Puddle Jumper.  I paper- pieced umbrella with a scrap of polka dots I found on my table.  I colored him with Copic Markers.  I added Glossy Accents to his boots and Wink of Stella for shine.  The sentiment is from the same stamp set.

Wishing You a Blessed Easter The Paper Players Challenge PP779

March 29, 2026

It's Sunday and time for a new challenge at The Paper Players.

The amazing Ann is our hostess this week.  I love a Tic-Tac-Toe board and this one is just perfect to complete any type of card.  So have fun and get creative!

My card is created using the diagonal: die cut, flowers, layers.  Ann and I love layers so this is for her!

My card is created using a Melon Mambo background that I embossed with a bamboo embossing folder.  The envelope and ALL the flowers and foliage were created using Spellbinders Envelope of Wonder dies.  I will admit this card took a LONG time to create.  I cut leaves and flowers and then kept adding layers on the polka dot envelope. I love the colors and all the variety of flowers and leaves.  The sentiment if from an old Easter set that I found in my stash.  I added a Baker's Twine bow and pearls to complete my card.
