It's time for a new challenge at the Tic Tac Toe Challenge!

We hope you will play along with our new board! 

My card is created using the Top Row:  Beach, Stencil, Yellow

My card is created on a white card base.  Using watercolor paper I used a stencil from Tim Holtz to create the sunshine with Distress inks.  I added an orange panel to the back of the stenciled panel.  The little girl is from MFT Sunny Days Ahead stamp set.  I colored her with Copic Markers and used the matching die to cut her out.  The sentiment is from a retired MFT stamp set.  I added Wink of Stella to the girl for shine!
