NED I Think You're SUPER Paper Players Challenge PP514

 October 25, 2020

It's Sunday and time for a new challenge at  The Paper Players!

The amazing Jaydee is our hostess this week!  She has a great sketch for all of us!!!!!!  We can't wait to see what you create!

I mounted a wood grained paper for my background.  My card is created using a piece of patterned paper with Scrabble pieces.  My brother "Ned' is one of my favorite people in the whole world.  So, with only 3 letters, this made the sketch very easy.  I cut out the three letter squares and mounted them on turquoise paper.  I added a sentiment banner and a few enamel dots.  It was so easy and he loved it!

No Tricks All Treats Tic Tac Toe Challenge #tttc087

 October 22, 2020

It's time for a new challenge at the Tic Tac Toe Challenge!

We hope you will play along with our new board!

My card is created using the middle column:  Die Cut, Friends, Halloween.

I used a black card base.  I added a piece of Halloween paper from the LDRS Creative Haunted Halloween paper pad.  I cut a strip of coordinating paper to add a border at the bottom.  Don't you just love these little friends on the bus?   The ghosts and the sentiment is from the SSS Happy Haunting Stamp Set.  I used a die to cut out the black and orange pieces to add the sentiment.  Such an easy card.  I let the paper do the work for me.

Please stop by and see all the fabulous cards by the Design Team.  There is so much inspiration!

We hope you will play along with us this week!

It's Sunday and time for a new challenge at  The Paper Players!

The amazing Ann is our hostess this week and she has a gorgeous color challenge for all of us!  We can't wait to see what you create!

I created a water color panel using the four colors in the challenge:  Crushed Curry, Cajun Craze, Mossy Meadows and Cinnamon Cider.  I used water and smooshed all the colors on a piece of water color paper.  Once it dried, I used the MFT Lots of Leaves Cover Plate to make this gorgeous background.  I used the Cajun Craze, Crushed Curry and Cinnamon Cider paper to create the sentiment using the Honey Bee Stamps Fall Honey Cuts for the sentiment.  The "blessings" were stamped with Cajun Craze ink.

My card is created on a white card base. I used a piece of Fall foliage paper on the top of the base.  I added a white panel that was cut using the SugarPea Designs Arrow Cover Plate.  The raccoon and sentiment is from the SugarPea Designs Indian Summer stamp set.  I colored the raccoon and tree branch with Copic Markers.  The "HOW" was stamped in Cajun Craze paper.  I cut it out with a die.  Wink of Stella was added for shine.  The inside of the card says "are you". It is a get well card for a dear friend.  I love the way it turned out.
