Happy Birthday Beautiful! Inspired By Challenge #71

May 9, 2019

It's Thursday and time for a new challenge at  Inspired By.

What inspires you about this photo?  Is it the colors, flowers, mailbox?

So many possibilities!  We can't wait to see what you create!

My card is created on a white card base.  I covered the front panel with light gray card stock to match the mailbox in the photo.  I used the Reverse Confetti Leaves Cover Panel for the top layer.  The peonies are stamped in shades of pink using the Altenew Peony Bouquet Stamp Set.  The "Beautiful" sentiment is cut using the Beautiful Dies from MFT.  I cut the bottom layer in dark gray and the top in white.  The Happy Birthday sentiment is stamped in black using the Hello Beautiful stamp set.

Happy You're My Friend Sunday Stamps 204 Paper Players 440

May 5,2019

It's  Sunday and time for new challenges at The Paper Players and Sunday Stamps!  I am excited that I could combine these two challenges this week!

Lisa designed this fabulous sketch for us at Sunday Stamps!  I love it!  So many fabulous possibilities!

The lovely Jaydee is our hostess this week at The Paper Players.  Her theme is "Life Is Better With Friends"!  I know all of you agree!!  I don't know what I would do without my friends.  They are my family I chose!

My card is created on a white card base.  I added a piece of pink and white gingham on the top of the base.  I cut a piece of flowered paper with a scalloped die for the next layer.  The girlfriends are stamped in black ink using an old Art Impressions stamp.  Nothing says girlfriends like these stamps!  I colored these sassy gals with Copic Markers and paper pieced all of their clothing.  The sentiment is from Simon Says Stamps.  A little Wink of Stella and my girls are ready to go!

Caffeine Makes Me Fla-mazing! Spring/Summer Coffee Lovers Bloghop

May 3, 2019

Today is the first day of the Spring/Summer Coffee Lover's Blog Hop.  The amazing Amy Tsuruta  is the creator of this fabulous blog hop!  Check out the blog for all the details!  So many fantastic prizes!  85 Super Sponsors are offering prizes!  That is fabulous!  So excited to be a part of this group of talented card makers!

Nothing says summer like flowers and pink flamingos!  My card is created on a white card base.  I added a piece of pink card stock and then a layer of flowers.  I cut a lemon lime starburst with a die in my stash.  The flamingo (in dire need of caffeine) is from Rabbit Hole Stamps  Caffeinated Flamingo.  I colored her with Copic Markers and cut her out with my Scan N Cut.  A little Wink of Stella was added for shine!  A few pink enamel dots and my card is ready!
