Forget the List PP419

November 18, 2018

 Can you believe it is Thanksgiving week?  I don't know where this year has gone, but I am looking forward to family and friends coming to my house Thursday to enjoy a feast.  Lots of work to do before the big day!  Wishing all of you the Happiest Thanksgiving!  This is my favorite holiday --- just family, friends, food and fun!  

 It's Sunday and time for a new challenge at The Paper Players!

 The Lovely LeAnne is our hostess this week and she has a fabulous Clean & Simple Challenge for all of us!  Who doesn't like "Sweet Treats" and especially for the holidays!  Just remember, it is a CAS week so, keep your layers and elements minimal!  





My card is very simple this week.  I started with a white card base.  I added a piece of black and white paper on the side of the card.  The Santa is from SugarPea Designs Here Comes Santa Claus.  I stamped him with Memento Black ink and colored him with Copic Markers.  I cut him out with the matching dies.  Wink of Stella was added for shine.  The sentiment is from the same stamp set.  A few black enamel dots were added to complete the card.

    What a beautiful Santa! You know, I almost went for black and white DSP for my card too -then we'd have been crafty twins. Love this, Claire. Very clean and very festive.

    Yum...cookies and Santa, who can go wrong with that?! Love your chubby little guy but I REALLY love that black plaid...what a great accent!
