Happy Harvest--PP362

September 17, 2017

 It's Sunday and time for a new challenge at The Paper Players. 

 The Lovely LeAnne is our hostess this week and she has a fabulous Clean and Simple Challenge for all of us.  The theme is "Harvest" and we can't wait to see what you create!  


My card is created on a Very Vanilla card base.  I cut a piece of plaid paper that I found in my stash and rounded the corners for my background.  I embossed an Early Expresso piece of card stock with a pumpkin folder.  I rounded the corners on this, too.  I stamped the scarecrow, wagon and pumpkins using the Lawn Fawn Happy Harvest stamp set.  I colored the pieces with Copic Markers.  I used the matching dies to cut out all the pieces.  The sentiment is from the same stamp set.  Wink of Stella was added for shine. This happy scarecrow is very happy with his pumpkin harvest.

    Your little scarecrow is adorable Claire and perfectly paired with the plaid and embossed pumpkin - the colours of your card embody the autumn season. Gorgeous!

    With these warm autumnal colours, I can almost feel the wood fire burning! So warm and inviting. I like the wee pumpkins embossed behind the scarecrow. Very sweet!
