Happy Birthday The Paper Players Challenge PP748

 July 27, 2025

It's Sunday and time for new challenges at The Paper Players and Sunday Stamps

The amazing Jan is our hostess this week and she has a fabulous sketch challenge for all of us.  I love this sketch because you can make any type of card you want or need in your stash.  Have fun and get creative!

My card was created for my grandson Robert.  He is 11 and loves Legos.  I played around and figured out how to make the Lego blocks.  I used a 1" square punch and then I used a circle punch to make the circles.  I started with a blue background and added a black base embossed with circles.  I added the Lego blocks all around the card.  The rectangle was added and the sentiments to follow the sketch.  I used a white gel pen to add some highlights. He loved it!

  2. Claire, I am so impressed how you created those lego blocks - I really thought they were made from a die! I know MANY people who would love this card. I also love how you used such bright colors and added the little touch of white to give depth to the studs. Perfection
