Birthday Wishes The Paper Players Challenge PP746

It's Sunday and time for a new challenge at The Paper Players. 

The Amazing Ann is our hostess and she has as beautiful color challenge for all of us.  These colors are just gorgeous and we can't wait to see what you create. 




I embossed the Lemon Lolly background with a butterfly embossing folder and cut it out with a scalloped die.  The stems were cut using Pretty Peacock DSP using the Spellbinders FRESH PICKED ANEMONES ETCHED DIES. Fresh Freesia was used for the larger part of the flowers.  I used distress ink to shade them for dimension.  I used the Pretty Peacock and Lemon Lolly for the centers. This die set was used for all of the card.  The birthday wishes were cut out four times and stacked for dimension.

    Claire, this card is stunning! It is so rich with yummy texture...and you know how much I LOVE texture. These anemones are gorgeous. What a great die! I love how you used my challenge colors. The embossed envelope flap sends this card over the top. Have a wonderful week!

    Claire... I love those funky floral sets from spellbinders...works so well with the colors this week. Love how you made yellow the predominant color...works great. I know that sentiment from My Favorite Things. I can't believe they will be gone, MFT has been a big part of my stamping life.
