It's time for a new challenge at the Tic Tac Toe Challenge!

My card is created using the Middle Row: Broom, Orange, Witch

My card is created on a white card base. (5 X 5) I covered the front with a piece of orange striped patterned paper The polka dot panels are added next. The little witch is from MFT Sweet Little Spell. I colored her with Copic Markers and cut her out with the matching die. I added a Moon and a sentiment. The sentiment is stamped in black.
