It's time for a new challenge at the Tic Tac Toe Challenge!
We hope you will play along with our new board!
My card was created using the middle row: Celebrate, Dots, Stripes
My card is a 5 X 5 square. I added a Navy background and then cut 1/4" strips in three colors and added them to a smaller white square. After the colors were complete, I ran it through my Big Shot with an embossing folder to add lots of dots/circles. I used star dies from Stampin Up in all three colors. The sentiment is stamped in black. Enamel dots were added to complete my card.
