It's time for a new challenge at the Tic Tac Toe Challenge!

We hope you will play along with our new board! 

My card is created using the bottom row:  Pool, Die cut, Sun!   

I created a watercolored panel using distress inks.  I cut the background with a Swoosh Cover Panel from Reverse Confetti.  The little elephant was created using the Neat & Tangled Beach Day stamp set.  I colored him with Copic Markers and added Wink of Stella for shine.  The sentiment is from the same set.   The sun is created using a watercolored panel and sun die.  I added some clear Nuvo drops to look like water.

My card was very easy to create.  I opened a fun paper pad and choose three papers that were bright and coordinated to create the background.  I cut a white rectangle for my sentiment.  I used textured white paper.  I stamped the sentiment using the Casual Friday's "Frankly" stamp set.  I added enamel dots for fun!  I am sending this to a friend that just finished chemo.  I hope it makes her smile!

To The Birthday Girl Paper Players Challenge PP501

It's Sunday and time for a new challenge at  The Paper Players!

The fabulous Anne Marie is our hostess this week and she has a great sketch challenge for all of us!  We can't wait to see what you create!

                                                     

My card is created for my niece.  She really is a princess!  She was supposed to be in the Miss Indiana pageant this summer but, it was postponed because of Covid.  

I used a pink background and a matching striped pattern to create the background.  I cut the white panel with a scalloped die and stenciled distress ink for the polka dots.  The MFT PI Birthday Girl stamp set was used for my image.  I colored her with Copic Markers and added Wink of Stella for shine.  I also stamped her dress on the same striped paper and paper pieced the dress to match the background.  The matching die was used to cut out the girl and the crown.  The sentiment is stamped on the same pink paper in black.  It is from the same stamp set.

Congrats Paper Players Challenge PP500

It's Sunday and time for a new challenge at The Paper Players!

The amazing Jaydee is our hostess this week and we are excited to announce that this is our 500th Challenge!!!  WOW!  Sooooo happy you play along with us each week.  We love sharing with all of you!

CAS Theme - CELEBRATION!

REMEMBER THIS IS CLEAN AND SIMPLE WEEK 

What do we mean by Clean and Simple?

Minimal layers and embellishments

Plenty of open space, aka "white" space

Simple and uncluttered

Challenge Rules:

This card is for a special friend that has two little boys and is having  a little girl any day now.  I think that is something to celebrate!

My card is created using the Honey Bee Stamps Celebration Box stamp and die set.  I used the Buffalo Brights Paper Pack to create the box, balloons and tissue paper.  The Congrats was cut 3 times using a word die.  

Y'all know CAS is difficult for me, so I hope there is enough white space!  I did not add any embellishments, Jaydee.  LOL!  Jaydee is the Queen of CAS!!!!!

You Were Created To Be You Tic Tac Toe Challenge #tttc073

It's time for a new challenge at the Tic Tac Toe Challenge!


We hope you will play along with our new board! 

I used the top row to complete my card.  Sequins, Chevron, Violet

My card was created for my Granddaugther Victoria.  She loves princesses and purple.    

The card was created using the Art Impressions Cubbies Collection --Castle Stamp and Die Set.   I stamped all the images in black and colored them with Copic Markers.  I cut a chevron border using an ocean die for the bottom of my card.  Violet glimmer paper was used for the background and I added a few clouds and sequins to complete the card.  I cut the sun out twice to add dimension.  I love the way this turned out.  Lots of little pieces to color, but so worth the time for her.

My card is created for a special little girl that loves unicorns.  I used a white card base and added a bright yellow panel and a polka dot panel.  She loves ice cream so, I used this fun pattern that I found in my stash and picked up on the orange and yellow in the pattern.  The little girl is from MFT  BB Unicorns and Glitter stamp set.  I used the matching dieto cut her out.  I colored her with Copic Markers and added Wink of Stella for shine.  Oval dies from MFT were used for the yellow and ice cream paper ovals.  The sentiment is from the MFT BB Sweet Birthday Wishes.  I added two yellow enamel dots on the orange and white banner.

Wishing You the Happiest of Birthdays! Paper Players Challenge PP499

It's Sunday and time for a new challenge at The Paper Players!

The lovely LeAnne is our hostess this week and she has a gorgeous, soft color palette for all of us.  We can't wait to see all of your creations!  

My card is created on a white card base.  I used a die by Spellbinders to create a Smokey Slate and Seaside Spray background.  I separated each one and placed every other color to create the frame for my sentiment.  The lilies were created using So Saffron and two other darker shades of yellow for the detail.  The stamp set is from Altenew Layered Lily.  I added Smokey Slate on the stamens.  Wink of Stella was added for shine.  The birthday sentiment is from a random set in my stash.  I also used Smokey Slate on the leaves.  I added a Smokey Slate polka dot paper on the envelope!

With Deepest Sympathy Paper Players Challenge PP498

It's Sunday and time for a new challenge at The Paper Players!

The amazing Ann is our hostess this week and she has a fabulous theme challenge for all of us!  Fun and Fancy Folds----how fun is that!  We can't wait to see all your creative entries!
 

My card is created on a black card base.  I used a Kraft layer to back this fabulous wood grained DSP.  I added a flap of black and Kraft to make the tab on the front.  I am so sorry that I didn't take a picture of the inside so, you could see the fold.  Unfortunately, I needed to get this out to a dear friend.  It is a gate fold card.

Sweet Tic Tac Toe Challenge #tttc071

It's time for a new challenge at the Tic Tac Toe Challenge!

We hope you will play along with our new board! 

My card is created using the diagonal:  Picnic, Stripes, Word Die. 

My card is created on a red card base.  I found this ant paper in my stash and it was perfect for the background.  All ants like picnics!  LOL!  I added a strip of black and white stripes.  I used the MFT PI Sweet Summertime stamp set.  I colored her with Copic Markers and cut her out with the matching die. I added Wink of Stella for shine.  I cut the word "SWEET" out with black and then layered it in red three times for dimension.  A few black enamel dots were added for fun!  What's a picnic without watermelon???  Have a Happy 4th of July Weekend!
