It's Sunday and time for a new challenge at The Paper Players!
The lovely and talented Jaydee is our hostess this week! She has a beautiful color challenge for all of us!
I must admit, my first thought with this beautiful color palette was Christmas, but I decided to make a birthday card. We can't wait to see what you create!

What a bold and gorgeous bloom! I love the bold sweep of silver in behind it. It's a lovely card.
ReplyDeleteI couldn't get out of Christmas mode Claire - I was struggling to work the silver in with a flower so am totally inspired by your inset silver panel behind that fabulous bloom front and centre - love it!
ReplyDeleteSuch a beautiful blossom, Claire! I love the swoosh background, it adds so much interest. So glad to hear you survived the storm, too.
ReplyDeleteHi Claire! Glad you weren't too beat up by that storm. The swoosh cover panel die is gorgeous and it provides a beautiful backdrop for the beautifully colored peony. Wonderful card! Hugs, Annie
ReplyDeleteOooooohhh - this is so pretty Claire! Perfect for a birthday card!
ReplyDeleteClaire, I am so glad you went with a birthday card. Your beautiful, bold flora is stunning. You rocked the challenge, my friend. BTW... so glad that you are OK from THAT storm!
