There are so many beautiful entries!  Make sure you go visit their fantastic hop! So many fantastic sponsors!  A big shout out to Paulina for organizing this event!

My base card was created using Crumb Cake card stock.  (5 1/2 x 4 1/4)  The next layer is Soft Sky. (5 1/4 x 4)  The next layer is Early Expresso (5 x 3 3/4)

I used watercolor paper cut (4 3/4 x 3 1/3) to create the focal panel.  I took a piece of acetate paper and pressed ink from my Soft Sky ink pad and sprayed it with water.  I turned it over on top of the watercolor paper to create the background.  After it dried, I used Early Expresso and Crumb Cake inks, a Tim Holtz Stencil and a dauber and added the brown splatters.  I stamped the three flowers from the Stampin' Up! set "Summer Silhouettes" with Versa Mark.  I heat embossed them with white embossing powder.

I had an extra section of colored watercolor paper that I trimmed from the top panel and cut a butterfly using the die.  Then, I cut another butterfly from vellum to mount on top of the watercolor butterfly.   It just glistens when you see it!  The pictures do not do it justice. I used a Tim Holtz-Black & White Small Talk Stickers--Just Breathe for the sentiment.  I adhered it to a small rectangle of Early Expresso paper.
