Thinking of You!--CCMC312 and FM169

July 22, 2014

I arrived home from Salt Lake City and found out my Grandson was going to be born on Monday.  SO excited that he waited on Grammy to get home.  I have my two assistants with me, Miss Addison and Miss Victoria, so sneaking in my craft room is a challenge.  We received so many awesome things at Convention and I am longing to play with all my new toys.  But, there will be plenty of time for that----

My new GRANDson, Robert Joseph is very special to me!  He is named after my Daddy.  He weighed 5 lbs. 10 oz. and will be in NICU for a little while.  Please keep him in your prayers.  We have not got to meet him yet, but hopefully soon.  His Mommy is doing well and we are so very thankful!  Addison and Victoria will be such great BIG sisters to him!

I really love the color combination at Create With Connie and Mary this week.  Hello Honey, Blackberry Bliss and Sahara Sand look amazing together.  Sahara Sand is a color I rarely use, so I am glad it is a choice this week.  The Friday Mashup asked for a background stamp and something 3-D on it.  I thought these two challenges would be perfect together!  Hope you enjoy my card!

I love how you mixed the elements on this card...a little grunge, a little vintage and a little geometric. One of my favorites this week!
