Mr. & Mrs. PP#370

November 12, 2017

It's Sunday and time for a new challenge at The Paper Players!

Our magnificent Nance is the hostess this week and she has a lovely color challenge for all of us.  I love white on white cards.  I needed a wedding card, but there are so many possibilities for this challenge.  So, get creative and have fun!

I used the Reverse Confetti Leaves Cover panel to create the background.  I stamped the Mr. and Mrs. using the Simon Says Stamp Congratulations stamp set with black Memento ink.  I cut out a rose and leaves using the Stampin' Up! Rose Garden Thinlet Dies. That's all there is too it.  Easy Peasy!

Be Merry--Sketch Saturday #489

November 11, 2017

It's Saturday and time for a new sketch challenge at Sketch Saturday!  Hope you will join us this week!

Our sponsor this week is Paper Nest Dolls.  The winner of this week's challenge is 3 digi stamps!

I really like this sketch and will use it again!  Can't wait to see what you create!

My card is created on a white card base.  My black and white background was cut with SugarPea Designs Zig Zag Stitched Rectangle Dies.  The red frame and wish circle are cut with SugarPea Designs Stitched Circle Dies.  The two banners are cut using MFT Fishtail banner dies.  The reindeer is stamped with black Memento ink using W Plus 9 Santa's Reindeer.  I colored it with Copic Markers.  Wink of Stella and Glossy Accents were added to the bells.  The reindeer was cut out using the matching dies.  The sentiment is stamped using W Plus 9 Be Merry stamp set and cut using the matching dies.  It is stamped on black card stock using Versa Mark ink and heat embossed with white embossing powder.  A few red enamel dots were added for fun.

Thanks so much for stopping by my blog today!  Please leave a comment and let me know your thoughts.  I love to hear from you!

Don't forget to check out all the other DT members cards at Sketch Saturday.

Have a great week!

Grateful- CTS #247

November 10, 2017

I am playing along with the CASE This Sketch Challenge today.  I think CAS are the most difficult cards to make.  I love layers, bling and lots of stuff, so, I had a hard time not adding more to my card.  LOL!

I have had soooo much fun creating backgrounds with alcohol inks the past few weeks.  This was just laying on my desk and I thought it was perfect for my card.  I cut the half circle and the "grateful" from that sheet.  The card is Crumb Cake card stock with an Early Expresso background.  The rectangles are the same colors.  This card was so easy!  Hope you love that marbled look!

Thanks for stopping by my blog today!  Have a lovely weekend!
