Birthday Wishes The Paper Players Challenge PP683

HAPPY EASTER!!!

It's Sunday and time for a new challenge at The Paper Players.  

The amazing Ann is our hostess and she has a fun Tic-Tac-Toe Challenge for all of us!  So many ways to play along.  So, let's get creative and have fun! 



My card is created on a white card base.  I added a piece of plaid DSP to the background.  I love all the Spring colors in this pattern.  I cut a white scalloped panel with a die and stamped the Old Olive and Certainly Celery stems for my flowers.  I stamped the tops of the daffodils using Daffodil Delight, Crushed Curry and Pumpkin Pie inks.  The stamp set is from Sunny Studio Stamps.  It is called Daffodil Dream Stamps.  It is on sale right now!  I used the coordinating dies to cut out the tops of the daffodils and adheared them with foam tape for dimension.  I added a twine bow and some pearls .  The sentiment is stamped in black and from the same stamp set.  I added Wink of Stella to the flowers for shine.

    Those are the most realistic daffodils I've ever seen stamped! Just gorgeous! And I agree, I love all the colors in your plaid background paper! So fun!

    I absolutely adore plaid, Claire, and this pastel plaid designer paper is fabulous! And speaking of fabulous...WOW! These daffodils are stunning. Thank you for nailing my challenge this week!

    Claire, Daffy's are one of my favorite flowers and your card reminds me of early spring in England where the Daffy's shine! I'm obsessed with that fabulous plaid background, too! Wonderful card
