Happy Fall-Always Playing With Paper-The Challenge #46

October 12, 2015

It's Monday and time for a new challenge at The Challenge!  This week we have a gorgeous color combination for you to use! --Crimson, Yellow, Kraft and Rust--We can't wait to see what you create!

My base card is Crumb Cake card stock.  The next layer is Cajun Craze card stock and embossed with an embossing folder that I had in my stash.  The next layer is Crushed Curry.  It was cut with my SugarPea Designs-Stitched Rectangle Dies.  I stamped the sentiment from SugarPea Designs-Nuts About You in vintage versa fine ink and heat embossed it with clear embossing powder.

I stamped the image from C.C. Designs-Roberto's Rascal's Playful Henry  with Momento black ink and colored him with a variety of Copic Markers.  I then trimmed the image with the same rectangle stitched die from SugarPea Designs.  Linen thread was wrapped around the layers.  I attached a wooden arrow with glue dots and added a few Cajun Craze candy dots for color.  I think Henry is ready to play in the leaves.  I sure have fond memories of doing that in the Fall as a child.

Thank you very much for stopping by my blog today!  I love to hear from you, so please leave a comment!

Have a wonderful week!

Hugs!

Claire
