Happy Easter-PP234

 It's Sunday and time for another fun challenge at The Paper Players!
This week the lovely, Laurie has a theme challenge for us!  After these past few weeks, I know everyone is ready for "SPRING!"  So, here is your chance to show us you are ready, too! 


There are so many ideas floating around about the things we associate with Spring.  One of my favorite things is Easter.  I love the meaning of Easter and the fun activities we associate with this holiday.  One of my favorite things to do with my Grands is an Easter Egg Hunt.  This adorable little girl from SugarPea Designs was shouting at me to color her for this card.  I hope you enjoy my "Spring" card!

I used a variety of Copic Markers to color her eggs and basket.  A little gel pen and Wink of Stella makes the eggs a little shiny.  I can just hear her shouting, "Look at Me!  I found ALL of these eggs!"

    What a cute little egg-hunter you have there, but wow, what a lot of intricate coloring you had to do Claire! Very impressive! I love the gingham paper in the background, too. It reminds me of a springtime picnic tablecloth!

    Wonderful spring card with perfect colors for Easter. I always feel bad for the children hunting Easter eggs in Michigan. When it is early in the year, it can be very cold! I think this little girl was ready though because her basket is stuffed! Cute card!!

    Such a fun card, Claire! I love how the colors pop from the blue background. I know I would smile like that if I landed a huge Easter basket like that one! Sooooo cute!
