May All Your Witches Come True--FM181

October 14, 2014

It has been POURING rain ALL day in GA!  I should be cleaning my craft room, but I decided to play along with the team at The Friday Mashup!  There is nothing more fun than making a quick wine bottle tag with bling!  It is always something I can use.  (The perfect hostess gift on a bottle of wine!)

OR

I will never know how I end up with this mess every time that I craft!  My work space  is always about 6" x 6"--- ?!#?@*----  I am surprised I get anything accomplished.
I PROMISE I will attempt to clean this mess up after my post is completed!

I used the retired Howlstooth and Scaringbone Designer Series Paper for the tag.  It is mounted on Basic Black.  I love this paper and I am sorry it is retired!

It is still raining and difficult to capture the glitter on the witch.  I used Glossy Accents all over the body and Dazzling Diamonds on the star, broom and hat buckle.  It is so shiny in person.  I hope you can see some of the detail.
I added a few sequins to help with the 'bling" factor!

I had so much fun making this tag.  Please leave a comment and let me know what you think.  It makes my day to hear from you!

  3. Oh golly, Miss Claire...I can hear your southern drawl promising to clean up the desk! We are definitely kindred spirits- my desk can be spotless one minute and one card turns it into a disaster area with just one card in the making. Now, on to the fab wine tag you created- just too darn cute- so many details like the two different twine bows, the sequins and the glossy accents. LOVE it:) TFS with the Friday Mashup this week:)

  4. Hi Claire, I too can relate to having a messy desk. I just spent yesterday cleaning mine up but after making another card it looks like I didn't do any cleaning!
