Let It Snow--CMCC No42

October 15, 2014

It's Wednesday and time for another challenge at: Colour Me...!  This week the colors are Subtle.  Island Indigo, Soft Sky, Crisp Cantaloupe and a Neutral.

Each week we will have a creative colour challenge for you to get crafty and show us your best greeting cards, 3D projects, scrapbooking, digital or traditional paper crafts, costumes, etc. Only the colours we indicate may be used for your project. Neutrals such as black, gray, white, vanilla, skin colours and kraft are also welcome.

Stop by each member of the Design Teams blogs for lots of inspiration!

Featured Designer for October

I must admit that when I first looked at the colors, I could not imagine how to incorporate the Crisp Cantaloupe.  My mind has been focused on the autumn shades and Christmas colors.  I started looking through my stamp sets and the "Snow Day" set just popped out at me.  It was like it was saying, "Use Me, Use, Me!"  I realized that I only inked this stamp set once last year and decided it was perfect for today's card.  I am sorry they retired this little snowman, because I think he is adorable!  I made an easel card and am very happy with the results.  It would be perfect to display all winter.

Please leave a comment and let me know your thoughts.  I love to hear from you!
