Bee Box and Card --CMCC No36

September 3, 2014

It's Wednesday and time for another color challenge at Colour Me...!  This week the colors are Daffodil Delight and a Neutral.

Each week we will have a creative colour challenge for you to get crafty and show us your best greeting cards, 3D projects, scrapbooking, digital or traditional paper crafts, costumes, etc. Only the colours we indicate may be used for your project. Neutrals such as black, gray, white, vanilla, skin colours and kraft are also welcome.

Don't forget to stop by each member of the Design Team's blogs for inspiration! You won't be disappointed!

My project for this week is for a very dear friend.  She has a "BIG" decade birthday and I wanted to surprise her with a little gift.  She loves bees and the color combo this week made it possible for me to  make this gift box and card for her.  It doesn't have as much Daffodil Delight as I might like, but I liked the way it turned out.  Please leave a comment and let me know your thoughts.  I always love to hear from you!

When she opens the box, she will find rustic bee napkin rings!  I hope she loves them!  I also hope she doesn't read this blog post before she opens her gift!  LOL!

Looking forward to seeing all your wonderful entries!
