A Friend FMS #116

December 12, 2013

The day got away from me yesterday and I never got to enter my craft room.  I am beginning to panic wondering when I am going to get all the things done I need or want to do.  I received a great gift yesterday from Stampin' Up!  It was my pre-order of the new things from the "Celebrate the Everyday" Catalog that will be available to everyone on Jan. 3.  I want every item in the catalog!  It is my Santa wish list!!!!  I absolutely LOVE the Kaleidoscope Designer Series Paper.  I am using it in my card today for Freshly Made Sketches.  I Know all my "Purdue" friends will love the colors.  (GO HOOSIERS!   Cream and Crimson, Forever!)

Narelle's  sketch is so awesome and I was able to use my new pennant punch, too.  I hope you enjoy my card today.  It is a perfect card for a special friend!

I left the inside blank for writing a personal note this time.  I really like to include hand written messages in cards.  I feel it is a dying art.  That makes me so sad because there is nothing like receiving a special message in the mail!

Stampin' Up! Products:

Ink:  White Pigment

Stamp Set: Feel Goods

Tools:  Stampin' Trimmer, Snail Adhesive, Stampin' Dimensionals, Pennant Punch, Boho Flower Punch, Tiny Flower Punch, Stampin' Sponge

Embellishment:  Pearls

The sun is shining and I have to get busy on my list!
Make it a special day!

Happy Stampin!
Claire
