A Cup of Thanks! FMS #107 CCMC#272

October 12, 2013

I finally found a few minutes to sneak in my craft room.  Trying to make a card and watch the Georgia Bulldogs football game.  I am not a huge football fan, but I do support the DAWGS!  Not looking good for them today, so, back to my cards.

This card is for the Freshly Made Sketches and Create With Connie and Mary challenges.  I do like these colors together and thought the tea cup was the right stamp to use for the sketch.  The Tea Shoppe stamp set is one that I very rarely use, but I know they perfect person to sent this card to.

  11. Thank you so much, Connie! I am a Indiana Hoosier, but we don't play football very well. Just wait until basketball season! My son went to Georgia, so I cheer for them in football. I appreciate your kind comment on my card!

  12. What great use of the Rich Razzleberry on the teacup. The darker color really makes the pattern pop with the white! Thanks for playing along this week in the Create with Connie and Mary Thursday Challenge!

  13. Thank you very much, Mary! I actually stamped the teacup in all three colors before choosing which color to use. The darker color did make the white pop the most. I appreciate your kind comments!
