Happy Birthday--PP191 and Seize the Birthday

It  turned off very cold and windy today!  What is going on with this weather??  My Mom was experiencing snow flurries in Indiana!  I am shocked!  I am so ready for Spring to stay!

I absolutely loved the color combination in Ann's challenge this week for The Paper Players !!!  The Design Team's cards were amazing!  I always enjoy looking at all the talent that they present each week!  Coastal Cabana, Calypso Coral, Always Artichoke were calling my name to ink up my new stamp set, Simple Stems.  I have never used it before, but after seeing so many wonderful cards made with this set, I had to have it!  I am also linking my card to Seize the Birthday challenge.  I am always in need of a birthday card, so I am glad I found this challenge!  WOW!  The samples by the Design Team rocked!  Take a peak at both challenges if you have time!  ENJOY!

Blessed Easter--CCMC298

It is a rainy day in Georgia!  That means extra time in my craft room!  YIPPEE!!!

I wanted to make one more Easter card and the colors in the Create With Connie and Mary color challenge were perfect!  This card is for my Mom.  These are all her favorite colors.  She also loves tulips as much as I do!  ENJOY!

Happy Easter-Flower Shop-DD #98

I need to get my Easter cards mailed and still needed a few more in my stash.  The Dynamic Duos Color Challenge was the answer to my dilemma.  Wisteria Wonder and So Saffron are perfect for an Easter card!!!!  Thank you Design Team for all the wonderful samples this week!

The starburst technique is new to me!  I watched a video on YouTube by Tina Weller :Starburst Technique.  Give it a try!  I have made two cards using this technique and love the way it looks!
