HAPPY EASTER to all! Although I am not spending the day with family, I have so many wonderful memories of Easter from my own childhood and with my sons. I miss those days!
It's Sunday and time for a new challenge at The Paper Players! The lovely, Jaydee is our hostess this week and she wants us to use die cuts on our projects!
My card was created for my Uncle that turns 91 this week! He has always been an avid golfer and I hope he will smile when he receives this special card! I used a variety of dies, and I had fun creating this for him!
I started by using a sponge dauber and distress ink to create the sky on white card stock. I used the Lawn Fawn border dies to create the hills and the "Homescape" die by SugarPea Designs for the house and trees. The golf cart was stamped and die cut using Paper Smooches "My Guy" set. I colored the golf cart with Copic Markers. The clouds were die cut from Mama Elephant's "Stitched Sky" set and sponged on the edges.
Thank you for stopping by my blog. Please leave a comment and let me know your thoughts. I love to hear from you!
