I made several cards today.  I had a great day at home and I really enjoy days like that.  I must admit, I am tired tonight, so I am going to post this last card for today and relax.  I never seem to do that.  

The Pals Paper Arts Challenge features my very favorite color combination this week!  Real Red and Bermuda Bay----- LOVE, LOVE, LOVE  those colors together!  So bright and cheery!  These colors make me happy!  So, to go along with my colors, I pulled out one of my favorite stamps, Regarding Dahlias.  I haven't inked it up in a while and I knew it was perfect for my card!  Hope you like it!

       I made three Real Red Dahlias and fussy cut two of them to make the dimension on the flower.

May Day, May Day!  Did you dance around the May Pole today?  I remember doing this in Elementary School.  I don't think they do those fun things in school now, but I am a child at heart and cherish the memories from my childhood.  

I am still amazed that it is May!  2014 is certainly flying by!!!!!  Time---PLEASE SLOW DOWN!!!!

Today I am entering two challenges with my card. The Freshly Made Sketches Challenge and The Color Throwdown Challenge caught my eye as working together!  I loved the combination of the colors and those old Pyrex dishes made me smile.  I love retro items!  Such great memories of times in the kitchen with my Mom and Grandma!  Thank you to the Design Teams for such great inspiration!  Drop by and visit their sites for great ideas and inspiration!!
