I had a really difficult time deciding what I wanted to use. I found a great textured piece that was wrapped around a wine glass that I thought would be amazing on my card. The more I worked with it, I just couldn't get it to work. SO ----on my very messy table was a piece of card stock that was the backing to a stamp set just staring at me. I thought--that is it! I stamped my typewriter in Versa Mark and heat embossed it with black powder and went from there! Hope you enjoy my card!
I love old typewriters and I have been looking for one to purchase for a few years. I haven't found my treasure yet, but maybe I will in the new year!
I stamped repeated rows of the Tap, Tap Tap (Stampin' Up) set to make my background paper. I love the way it turned out!
I decided to get started on my Valentine card stash, so I used a sentiment for the inside that would work.
Please leave a comment if you have a minute. I love to hear from you and cherish your thoughts!
Thanks for stopping by. If you have any questions please contact me at: Claire.
Wishing you a wonderful week!
Happy Stampin'!
Claire
