Today is my last post for the Mix It Up Challenge at  SugarPea Designs Challenge Team Sketch!  I am sad that my six months are over.  I have loved every second of being on this amazing team!  I want to thank Wendy Ramlakhan for giving me the chance to share my creations using the fabulous products.  I just LOVE all of their fantastic items!

You have all month to play along with us! You are welcome to play along with all the sketches or just one but remember the more times you play along during the month, the better chance you have of winning a $50 gift certificate to our store!!!

My card is created using the Eek-A-Boo stamp set.    The card base is vanilla.  The Halloween paper is mounted on black paper.  A black rectangle was cut using the Zig Zag Stitched Rectangle Dies.  I cut gray and black circle using the Zig Zag Stitched Circle Dies  The ghost was colored with Copic Markers, fussy cut  and attached with dimensionals.  The sentiment was stamped on a flag cut with the Stitched Flags Dies.  Enamel dots were added for fun.

Happy Christmas To All--Pals Paper Arts PPA315

August 28, 2016

Since moving, I rarely have extra time to play along with challenges.   I love the team at Pals Paper Arts  They are so creative and inspire me weekly!  This week they have a fun color challenge.  I received a box from Stampin' Up! with some new goodies featured in the holiday catalog.  This Santa die is one of my favorite new items.  Hope you enjoy this nontraditional card.  I am also linking this card to the Merry Monday Christmas cards Summer link up!

My card is created on an Old Olive card base.  I added another layer of Dabber Denim.  I used the new Detailed Santa Thinlits Dies and cut it on white card stock. The star die in this set was used to cut the  So Saffron stars for the sky.  The sentiment is from the new Greetings From Santa set.  I cut the Old Olive hat using the Santa die, too.

The new holiday catalog from Stampin' UP! will be available on Sept.1st.  Don't forget to shop my site for all your items.  If you need a catalog, let me know!

Thanks so much for stopping by.

Have a wonderful day!

It's Sunday and time for a new challenge at The Paper Players!

The multi-talented Nance is our hostess this week.  She has an amazing sketch for all of us!  The possibilities are endless.  We can't wait to see what you create!

My card was created using the MFT Frightful Friends stamps set and dies.  The papers are from the Trick or Treat paper pack by Carta Bella.  I created the grass using Mowed Lawn Distress ink and cut it out with the MFT dies.  I colored my vampire with Copic Markers and added goggly eyes for fun.  The sentiment is stamped on white card stock and I sponged the outside of the banner with Mowed Lawn Distress ink.  All the little bats and vampire are added with dimensionals to make them pop off the card.  Wink of Stella was added to give my little guy some shine.

I'm Nuts About You--FMS251

August 27, 2016

I can't believe it is almost September!  Where does the time go?

I finally found a few extra minutes in my "tepee" to make a card.  I love the team at Freshly Made Sketches and wanted to play along with their fun sketch.

My card is created on a white card base.  I cut a piece of SU Chocolate Chip card stock using the Zig Zag Stitched Rectangle Dies by SugarPea Designs.  The inside rectangle was cut using the same dies.   The patterned papers are from the Autumn -Carta Bella paper pack.  I cut a white oval using  Stampin' Up! dies and sponged it with Chocolate Chip ink.  The funny little squirrel and sentiment  are from Nuts About You by SugarPea Designs.  I colored the squirrel with Copic Markers.  The squirrel and sentiment are stamped using Momento Cocoa ink.  I added a few enamel dots to finish my card.

THANKS so much for stopping by my blog today!  I always love to hear from you!

Have a wonderful weekend!

It's Sunday and time for a new challenge at The Paper Players!

The Sensational Sandy is our hostess this week!  She has a Clean and Simple Challenge for all of us!  We can't wait to see all your sweet creations!

My card is created on a white card base.  A piece of ice cream paper was cut using the SugarPea Designs Zig Zag Stitched Rectangle Dies.  The pink paper was cut and mounted on top.  The white card stock was stamped with the sentiment using Real Red ink.  The ice cream cones were stamped with Early Expresso ink and the ice cream scoops were cut using matching papers.  I used a stamp and die set by Clearly Besotted called "Super Cool".  (I think this set is discontinued) I thought the paper looked like sprinkles.  Yellow enamel dots were added for fun.

It Take a Big Heart to Shape Little Minds--PP308

August 14, 2016

It's Sunday and time for a new challenge at The Paper Players!

I am the hostess this week and I have a bright and cheerful color combination for all of you to play along with.

I was thinking these would be great colors for "Back To School!"   School started in Georgia already, but I know many children and teachers don't go back until after Labor Day.  Have fun creating with these happy colors!  Feel free to use them any way you are inspired!

My card is created on a white card base.  I used an old retired SU paper for the background.  The Pacific Point and Basic Black journal pages were cut using the SugarPea Designs Notebook Journal Card dies. A Pacific Point circle was cut using the SugarPea Designs Zig Zag Stitched Circle Dies.  The apple is stamped on white paper using the All Apples stamp set from Reverse Confetti and the matching die. The Daffodil delight "notes" was cut using the SugarPea Designs Notebook Journal Card die.   A paper clip was added to the top and a white twine bow was added to the apple stem for fun.

So happy you stopped by my blog today!  Please leave a message!  I love to hear from you!
