Bikinis Are Like Fries--tttc003

June 23, 2017

I just found the Tic Tac Toe Challenge!  I am so excited!  I love to play with Tic Tac Toe boards and some of my favorite card makers are on this team!

I am playing with the two diagonals.  Blue-Twine-Rectangle and Yellow-Twine-Bow!  That makes an X on the board. My card also fits the bottom row Yellow-Stitching-Rectangle!

My card is created on a white card base.  I added a piece of Lost Lagoon behind my white stitched rectangle.   I stenciled a big bright yellow sun and a few puffy clouds.  I just received the SSS monthly kit Hello Summer.  It included this tiny little bikini die and I was dying to use it.  I can tell you this girl has not seen a bikini since I became a mother, but it is still a fun thought.  LOL!  And
I agree "Bikinis are like fries---You Can't Have Just One!"   I created a little clothes line with twine and added two bows on the end of the line.

Thanks for stopping by my blog today!  I hope you have a sunny day!

My card is created on a white card base.  I used a Simon Says die that I purchased a year or so ago.  I couldn't find a link for it on their site.  I cut it twice.  Once with Calypso Coral card stock and once with Calypso Coral polka dot paper.  I pieced each section into the frame.  The sentiment is cut out three times with black card stock using the  Avery Elle  word die  "Amazing".  I stamped the "you are" from the January Hero Arts  monthly  stamp set in Memento Black ink.  Three sparkling clear sequins were added for shine.

My base card is white.  The next layer is cut with the SugarPea Designs-Zig Zag Stitched Dies using a piece of DSP from the Paper Studio Snowday Paper Pack.  I cut two smaller rectangles with the same dies in Bermuda Bay and white.  The packages are from Simon Says Stamp-Brilliant Gifts Die.  It was cut in Bermuda Bay for the outline.  I cut the die several times with DSP from the paper pack to fill in each section of the gifts.  It takes a little time, but well worth it.  I love the result!.  Wink of Stella is applied on the packages to make them shine!  The sentiment is from a retired Stampin' Up! set called "Good Greetings."  I stamped it in Versa Mark ink and heat embossed it with Zing Rouge embossing powder.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today!  Please leave a comment and let me know your thoughts.  I love to hear from you!
