It's Sunday and time for a new challenge at The Paper Players.
The lovely LeAnne is our hostess this week and she has an amazing color challenge for all of us! So bright and happy! We can't wait to see what you create!
My card is created on a white card base. I added a layer of Tahitian Tide to the top of the base. I then took a piece of water color paper and created the smooshed background with the Tahitian Tide and Parakeet Party inks. I added a white frame cut with a die. The dandelion and sentiment are stamped in black using the SSS Dandelion Messages stamp set. I added clear sequins to the centers of the dandelion and a few more for fun.
- Please provide a direct link to the post featuring your challenge entry.
- Please link your card to no more than four challenges, TOTAL, including ours
- Please be considerate of our requests; entries that do not follow any of these rules will be deleted without notification.
- Have fun, and thank you for playing with us!
Don't forget to check out all the amazing projects from the Design Teams.

That background is amazing, Claire! Such a cool technique, and those dandelions are lighthearted enough for an encouraging sympathy card. So happy with what you created with my colors this week!ReplyDelete
Sweet sympathy card, Claire, I like how the large dandelion image looks on your smooshy blended background.ReplyDelete
I'm loving that smooshed background Claire - very artsy! It highlights your line-image dandelions beautifully. I think this makes for a wonderfully uplifting sympathy card.ReplyDelete
