My card is created on a white card base. I cut two pieces of Marine Blue DSP with the MFT Blueprints #20 dies. I cut a yellow rectangle frame to showcase my image from Paper Nest Dolls -( Avery in Rain Pancho). I stenciled blue raindrops around her and colored her with Copic Markers. Her little duck friend is colored with Copics, too. I added Glossy Accents on her boots and white gel pin on the polka dots. Wink of Stella was added for shine. I also made a bow of white Baker's twine and added a yellow button with glue dots.
