6. Have fun!
My inspiration came from the wooden kitchen island, the white flowers and the green in the cake stands. I wanted to incorporate the pink from the refrigerator, too, so I added pink behind my main panel.
I stamped the hardwood stamp from Stampin' Up! with white pigment ink on a Crumb Cake background. I distressed the sides with a distressing tool and sponged the edges with SU Early Expresso ink. The flowers are from Altenew-Peony Scrolls. The flowers were stamped with Versa Fine ink on Nennah Solar White paper and heat embossed with white embossing powder. I added some C1 Copic Marker and used the blender pen to create the dimension. The matching dies were used to cut out the flowers. The leaves are stamped using the Altenew-Vintage Flowers stamp with Mint Macaroon and Coastal Cabana inks. The matching dies were used to cut out the leaves. The sentiment is from Simon Says Stamp. I stamped the words in Early Expresso ink and cut out the word prayers using a Winnie And Walter-The Big, The Bold and Comfort Cutaways die. I cut it out in pink first and then used a chipboard piece and cut it out again to layer the sentiment. Wink of Stella and sparkling clear sequins from Pretty Pink Posh were added for shine.
Thank you very much for stopping by my blog today! I love to hear from you, so please leave a comment!
