WInter Holiday Coffee Lover's Blog Hop--FMS 216--I Like Big Cups

It's a special day for all the Coffee Lover's out there!   It's time for the Winter Holiday Coffee Lovers Blog Hop!

I love red, so I decided to use a Real Red background for my card.  I stenciled the front panel using the Simon Says Stamp "Snowfall Mixable Stencil" with white embossing paste.  The coffee cup paper is from American Craft.  I used a Mama Elephant stitched die to cut out this panel.  The tag is from Lawn Fawn, "Tag, You're It." I used the scalloped border punch from Stampin' Up! to cut the black border on the tag. 

 

 The sentiment is heat embossed using black Versa Fine ink and clear embossing powder.  This sentiment is from Taylored Expressions, "A Hug In A Mug" stamp set.  I stamped a polka dot mug from a retired sheet of DSP from Stampin' Up!  I am a polka dot kind of girl, to I had to use this paper.  A few black enamel dots were added for fun and Wink of Stella is added to the steam and black coffee for shine.  The white sweater yarn was found in my stash.  I think it is a retired Stampin' Up! product, too!  All the items are linked below if you are interested!
