This challenge will run for 2 weeks.

My card was created on a white card base.  The watercolored panel is trimmed with a My Favorite Things--Blueprints #21 die.  The distress inks China Mist and Hickory Smoke were blended to create the background.  The Pyrotechnics Stamp Set from The Ton was stamped in Versa Mark ink and heat embossed with gold embossing powder.  Mama Elephant"s Cityscape Die  was used to cut a gold foil and black cityscape.  A strip of black card stock was cut for the border behind it.  A white banner was cut using My Favorite Things-- Fishtail Flags Stax banner die.  I stamped the sentiment from Stampin' Up!'s Teeny Tiny Wishes stamp set in black versa fine ink and heat embossed it with clear embossing powder.  Gold sequins were added for extra shine!
