It is a beautiful day! I went to my Bible Study this morning and enjoyed the lesson. I have so many things to be thankful for!
I came home energized and made a card for the As You See It Challenge and used the sketch provided by the Stampin' Celebration Challenge.
The colors Calypso Coral, Crushed Curry and White are just gorgeous together and made me think of Spring. This card is for my cousin who was in a very bad car accident the other day. She is going to be facing surgery and definitely needs prayers for healing and pain management. I hope this card will brighten her day!
I used the Crushed Curry re-inker and added it to my embossing paste and stenciled it on the white paper to make my strip. I love the texture it gives the card. I used the Stampin' Up! Blendabilites to color the pearls and center of the flower. The Caylpso Coral paper is from the retired "Epic Day This and That" set. The movement in the paper gives it a special look.
I know it is difficult to understand why bad things happen to good people. This sentiment on the inside reflects my true feelings. I hope it brings her comfort at this difficult time.
Thank you for stopping by. I love to hear from you, so, please leave a comment.
If you have any questions on my card, please contact me at: Claire.
Stay warm and safe!
Happy Stampin'!

I will add the products later. The Stampin' Up! Site is down to add to my Inlinkz. Sorry! XXXX
