The Create With Connie and Mary this week was the perfect sketch for a card I wanted to make for my nephew, Austin. He has always been a bird enthusiast since he was about 4 or 5. He has knowledge of birds that the average bird watcher could only hope to have. This week he had an interview with The Indianapolis Zoo and was chosen for the position to work with birds behind the scenes. I am so proud of him and wanted to send him a card to congratulate him. This card is soooo out of my comfort zone. He is also an avid Purdue fan, so using black and gold is painful for a true Indiana Hoosier! I know he will love it, and that's what it is all about! ENJOY!
