Merry and Type cQc #208

Colour Q has a fun challenge this week.  It is black and white and one more color.  Since I love red, I decided that would be my third color.  I also, LOVE polka dots!!!  My granddaughters always receive outfits with polka dots.  :)  So, this was the perfect paper to create my card.
