It's Sunday and time for a new challenge at The Paper Players!
The amazing Ann is our hostess this week and she has a Clean and Simple Challenge for us. The theme is---Masculine! I know this is a difficult one for many of us, but we ALWAYS need a card for a guy in our stash. So, put on those thinking caps and join us!
Minimal Layers and Embellishments
Plenty of open space, aka "white" space
Simple and Uncluttered
My card was very easy to create. I looked through my stash of DSP and found this awesome black and white checked paper. I added it to the top of my white card. I cut a banner using the Lawn Fawn Stitched Party Banners Die using white water colored paper. I liked the texture in the paper. I stamped the truck from a Unity Stamp called Slowly Turning Classic. It was a gift from my dear friend, Laurel Seabrook. She is so talented and you must visit her blog! The sentiment is from the same stamp set. I added black and white Baker's Twine in the holes and tied a bow to complete my card. I added some DSP to the envelope flap for fun.
