It's Sunday and time for new challenges at The Paper Players and Sunday Stamps!
I am babysitting this weekend for my GRANDS, so I was excited that I could combine the challenges.
The amazingly talented Jaydee is our hostess this week at The Paper Players. She chose green and white for her color combo! WOW---so many ways to go with this palette! The sketch at Sunday Stamps is so versatile. It is one I will use many times!
My card is created on a white card base. A piece of wood grain paper was cut using SugarPea Designs Zig Zag Stitched Rectangle Dies. The green gingham plaid was cut using a banner die for SU. The white circle was cut using the Zig Zag Stitched Circle Dies by SugarPea Designs. The sentiment is Simon Says Stamp Big Scripty Greetings stamped in black Memento ink. I added a piece of white Baker's Twine and made a simple bow. The little flowers are heat embossed in white on green card stock. White enamel dots were added to the centers. I love the rustic feel of my card. Perfect for Spring!
Don't forget to check out the fabulous inspirations from both design teams and I hope that you will play along with our challenges this week.
