Happy Fall Y'all--SugarPea Designs Mix It Up Challenge # 11

It's Wednesday and time for a new Mix It Up Challenge at  SugarPea Designs Challenge Team Sketch!

You have all month to play along with us! You are welcome to play along with all the sketches or just one but remember the more times you play along during the month, the better chance you have of winning a $50 gift certificate to our store!!!

I flipped the sketch to create my card this week.  The Bountiful Blessings stamp set was used to create the little scarecrow, pumpkins and sentiment.  Copic Markers were used to color the images.  I fussy cut each of the images for my card.  Kraft circles were cut using the Zig Zag Stitched Circle Dies and sponged with tea dye ink.  The leaf background paper was cut using the Zig Zag Stitched Rectangle Dies and mounted on orange card stock.  Lots of Wink of Stella and Candy dots were added for fun.

Shine On-PP307

It's Sunday and time for a new challenge at The Paper Players! 

Our lovely Joanne is the hostess this week!   She has a fun theme challenge for all of us to play along with.  "You Light Up My Life"   SO many creative ideas can be created with this theme!  Have fun!!

 My card was created for my 15 year old niece.  She is such a bright light in our family!  She loves pink and I knew this would be perfect for her.  I used the Stamps of Life Light Bulb 2 Stamp Set and dies to create my shaker card.  A plaid background was mounted on a white card base.  The sentiment was stamped in Momento black ink.  Lots of sequins were added for bling and shine.

Keep Calm and Read On--SPD Mix It Up Challenge #10

It's Wednesday and time for a new Mix It Up Challenge at  SugarPea Designs Challenge Team Sketch!

You have all month to play along with us! You are welcome to play along with all the sketches or just one but remember the more times you play along during the month, the better chance you have of winning a $50 gift certificate to our store!!!

 My card is created using the Read Between The Lines stamp set.  The sentiment and books were stamped in a variety of colors.  The Gift Tag die was used for the white background.  I cut the top of the tag off to create this shape.  The Brainy Bookmarks die set was used to cut the glasses.  I cute two pairs of red glasses and one Coastal Cabana and glued them together.  They were covered with glossy accents for shine.  A rhinestone was added for fun on the sides.
