Thank You Teacher--The Challenge #71

It's Monday and time for another challenge at The Challenge!

It is sketch challenge week.  This sketch is so fabulous and I had so many ideas!  It is one I will use again.  We can't wait to see what you create! 




A few rules to keep things fun and fair!
1. Use the challenge to create a card.
2. Please add the challenge graphic to your blog post (copy and paste).
3. Have fun and comment on the submissions of others.
4. Anything that is offensive to myself or to my viewers will be removed.
5. Please only link to 3 other challenges plus our challenge for a total of 4 challenges.
6. Have fun!



My card is created on a white card base.  The paper used on this card is from Grade School Paper Pack by DCWV.  The stamp set, dies and sentiment are from  Your Next Stamp-Learning Is Fun.  The white pinking edge circle is cut from the My Favorite Things Stax.  The black background piece is cut using the SugarPea Designs Zig Zag Stitched Rectangle dies.  The image is colored with Copic Markers.  Wink of Stella and Glossy Accents on the glasses were used for shine.  Enamel dots were added for fun.

Sending Love--Sparkle & Shine

 It's May Day!  Do you remember the May Pole in school?  I don't think they do that now, but it is a fond memory from my childhood!

 It's time for a new challenge at Sparkle & Shine!

We have a fabulous inspiration photo for you!  You can create in any way you like as long as we can see the inspiration in your design. 



For this challenge we are sponsored by the amazing Create A Smile Stamps! The winner of our challenge will receive a $25 gift card to the online store and will be asked to be our Guest Designer for next month. 





My card is created on a white card base.  A Coastal Cabana background is cut with a stitched die.  The main panel is water colored using a Unity Stamps, First Friend, Best Friend, Forever stamp set.  The sentiment is stamped in black Versa Fine ink and heat embossed with clear embossing powder.  Wink of Stella and clear sparkling sequins from Pretty Pink Posh are added for sparkle & shine!

Life Is a Beautiful Ride--PP293

 It's Sunday and time for a new challenge at The Paper Players!
The amazingly talented Nance is our hostess this week!  She has an fabulous theme challenge for all of us!  May is National Bike Month in the United States so, this is the perfect challenge to start the month!  We can't wait to see what you create!  

My card is created on a white card base.  The background paper is from My Favorite Things Tranquil Textures Paper Pack using the Zig Zag Stitched Rectangle Die from SugarPea Designs.  The green grass is also from the same paper pack.  It is cut using the Lawn Fawn Hillside border dies.  The fence is cut from Lawn Fawn Hillside border dies.  

                                      
The bicycle is from Papertrey Inks Pedal Pushers stamp set and matching dies.  The sentiment is stamped in black Versa Fine ink and heat embossed with clear embossing powder.  I few red enamel dots were added for fun.
