Praying for You The Paper Players Challenge PP784

May 3, 2026

It's Sunday and time for new challenges at The Paper Players.

The multi-talented Jaydee is our hostess this week and she has a Theme Challenge that is a favorite of mine.  "Feminine" is so easy for me.  I love all things girly.  Pink, Pearls, Polka Dots, Bows and on and on.  So, show us your take on our theme with all your amazing creations.

I had to go with pink on my card.  I started with a pink card base. I cut a white scalloped panel and stamped it with pink ink using the retired Stampin Up set Calming Camellias.  I love this set and will keep it in my stash.  I covered the panel with stamped camellia's. I cut a white, scalloped, lacy circle and stamped another camellia on it.  The sentiment was added on a scalloped white rectangle.  Of course, I had to add a bow and pearls.  I think this is about as feminine as it can get.

  1. Claire, this is gorgeous! I honestly thought you used DSP and not a stamp--I totally do not remember that floral, but you've used it perfectly for your "girly" card! Beautiful, my friend!

  4. Lovely card, Claire! You just can't go wrong with pink!! I have the stamp & the Scalloped Contours die but, can you tell me where you got the circle die please? Also, the delicate, sheer bow is just perfect on your card! Thanks for sharing!!

  5. Wow! Wow! Wow! This is absolutely stunning, Claire. Like LeAnne, I thought you had used designer paper. The fact you created your own pattern makes this card even more outstanding. It has everything I love in a feminine card: pink, pearls, perfect bow and beautiful flowers. Have a wonderful week!

  6. I wondered whether you'd used Calming Camellias. I was trying to work out from the picture whether it was stamped or whether you'd delved into your fabulous DSP stash for this feminine beauty. Great colour choice, the pearls are just right and the bow adds yet another feminine vibe. Lovely, Claire!

  7. Oh so soft and pretty, Claire! I love how you used that camellia stamp and I think now I need to grab mine out of the To Sell? boxes (I have yet to sell anything in those boxes!). I think this would also be a beautiful wedding card if you switched the greeting--pearls and that sheer veil-like ribbon say wedding to me. Gorgeously feminine. Have a wonderful week, friend!

  10. Claire, perfectly feminine. The pink, white and frills remind me of a pretty pink tutu - and there's nothing more feminine than that. The pearls are the perfect addition and the white scalloped sentiment circle just fits with everything else. Love it.
