It's Sunday and time for a new challenge at The Paper Players.
I want to welcome Christy Stanford to The Paper Players. She was a Guest Designer for us and we are thrilled she is joining our team. She is so creative and I know you will love her inspiration each week.
The AMAZING Ann is our hostess this week and she has a fun Theme Challenge for all of us. "Food, Glorious Food"! Now, I really don't know anyone that doesn't love FOOD! I grew up on a farm in Indiana and our days were based on what we were going to have for breakfast, lunch and dinner. My Mom and I always discussed it every night before bed. My Mom was a fabulous cook. This is the perfect challenge to celebrate her heavenly birthday (9/9) This one's for you, Mommy! Have fun and we can't wait to see your creations!

Your little pizza guy is the cutest dude ever! I love his patterned pants especially. Every time we go back to TX to visit relatives, dinner on our first night is at Tony's Pizza : ) We're having pizza for dinner tonight per the hubs' request, ha!
ReplyDeleteClaire, a card could not be cuter nor more perfect for my food challenge. This is ADORABLE. I love his checkered pants. What a great color combination! The heart shaped pizza and the sentiment are so fun. Have a wonderful week!
ReplyDeleteHow sweet is that heart-shaped pizza? I love the way you've paper pieced the chef's pants. They tie in so well with the DSP strip and your decorated envelope. A great card and it made me smile.
ReplyDeleteClaire, this card of my favorites that you've made! I absolutely adore the cute pizza maker with the pizza pie and your fabulous coloring. The paper piecing of his pants was a great idea, too and I LOVE the punny sentiment. Super cute, I hope Oliver loves it!
ReplyDeleteClaire your little pizza chef, with his heart-shaped pizza and paper-pieced check trousers is just adorable! Such a fab card this week's challenge - I'm sure Oliver will love it too!
ReplyDeleteLOL, this is such a cute image! You've created the perfect "pizza" card! Great elements and background! Yummy!
ReplyDeleteClaire, your little chef with his jazzy pants and fabulous looking pizza just made me smile! I love me a good sentiment, and this is perfect! I am absolutely sure that Oliver loved it!
