It's Sunday and time for a new challenge at The Paper Players.
The amazing Stef is our hostess this week and she has a fabulous sketch challenge for all of us. It is so versatile and easy to make any type of card with this one. So have fun and get creative.

I was organizing some of my papers and I came across this fabulous garden paper. I just loved the polka dot boots, so I decided they would make a great border for this sketch. I used a coordinating paper for the center section. Then I die cut a tag and added some of the matching stickers for the wreath and sentiment. A piece of lace and a few pearls completed my card. I am still longing for Spring. It won't be long now!

Oh, I just love these papers! Who wouldn't want boots like that? And your tag is wonderful, I love gingham and kraft and anything lacy!
ReplyDeleteClaire... so love the wellie paper!!!
ReplyDeleteThose papers are a great find Claire - love those wellies! Your card has a fresh yet slightly vintage feel with the lacy tag thread - just fabulous!
ReplyDeleteI think your paper stash could possible rival LeAnne's. I always find hers to be a source of treasure and wonder but these boots take a lot of beating. Have a great week. :-)
ReplyDeleteClaire, you clever girl, to use those fun polka dot boots for the border! They add such a lovely bit of whimsy to your card. I have some of those papers left and now I think I need to pull them out and get creating. Super darling card!
ReplyDeleteClaire, this feminine paper is so sweet. The polka dot boots are adorable and make a perfect border. The pearl embellished tag, with its vintage-style ecru lace, is an amazing focal point. It's a lovely card!!! Have a wonderful week!
ReplyDeleteSo cute! So sorry you got hacked on Facebook 😥 ~ Laurel
